14 day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, tell us at care@nonbasique.com within the 14 day window, then return the item.

Condition of returns

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method without undue delay.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or not as ordered, contact care@nonbasique.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
