Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
An order is a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly in error, and we will refund any amount already paid.
Payment
Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Product safety and warranty
Our products meet EU REACH requirements and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
Consumers in the EU benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence in the EU.
